Who is our client?
Our Client is GTRI: The Georgia Tech Research Institute is the nonprofit applied research arm of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. GTRI employs around 2,400 people and is involved in approximately $600 million in research annually for more than 200 clients in industry and government (Source Wikipedia).

What problem does it solve?
As this web application will be an open-source IT management software, it will support future tools for managing an IT department which includes asset tracking, budget management, tickets, etc.
This web application will keep all departments operating smoothly. The quality of services a business can offer is determined by the quality of an IT department's software and its capacity to quickly identify and fix problems that impede business.
Provide a free IT Management tool that an IT manager can easily access and use.
Develop a baseline application.

Determine what tools will be used for managing the project (GitLab, GitHub, etc.)

Create a mockup design of the web application's overall look, feel, and functionality.

Familiarize with coding stack (PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, etc.).

Set up an environment for building, testing, and demoing the software.
